A proposito dell'evento

The exhibition “A Due. The Art Brut in the Giacosa-Ferraiuolo collection” offers an insight into theArt Brut, a notion created by the French artist Jean Dubuffet in 1945 to indicate an art that originates from the intimate need of the artist, free from reference models, stylistic features and academic paths.

On display, about twenty of the most representative artists of this satellite artistic current in the history of art.

Among the artists on display, unaware of the rules of aesthetics as well as the laws of the market, we find some discovered by Dubuffet himself, such as Aloïse Corbaz and Carlo Zinelli, alongside more recent discoveries such as Franco Bellucci and Giovanni Galli.       _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     _cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905-5c de-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_   Artists on show:
